Features of Ranoworks Trommels

The Rano ETS-190’s electric drive offers significantly lower operating costs because it eliminates the need for diesel fuel, oil filters, and engine maintenance. It is also much quieter, making it ideal for work in noise-sensitive residential areas or indoors where emissions are restricted. Additionally, electric motors provide consistent torque and are generally more reliable across different climates compared to hydraulic systems.

The ETS-190 is specifically designed for small loaders with a maximum bucket width of 1900 mm and a volume of up to 0.9 m³. Compatible models include the AVANT 800, Bobcat L75/S86, JCB 3CX Compact, CAT 906, Kubota R70/R90, and the Volvo L30, among many others.

Despite its compact size, the Rano ETS-190 is highly efficient, capable of processing between 25 and 50 tons per hour. It features a large screening area of 6.5 m², which ensures high throughput and effective separation for various materials like topsoil, compost, and wood chips.

The unit is designed for easy “plug-and-play” operation. It requires a 400 V power input and has a power consumption of 3.1 kW. This low power requirement makes it highly efficient for stationary sites or locations where a standard industrial power connection or a small generator is available.
